BEMM RIVER ANGLING REPORT. 8/2/18
Fishing has been excellent , and with the the Lake 3/4 full, it has been very productive around the shallow sand flats. Frozen local Prawn are good value, as we have very few live Prawn available.
The fish slow down in the heat, and early morning or late evening makes fishing more comfortable . Lure anglers have reported good catches using Squirrels and Bent Minnows.
The Angling Club are hosting Stratford Angling Club on the 17th and 18th of February , and we hope to see members supporting this weekend to compete for the shield.
A final presentation and barbecue will be held on Sunday the 18th at 12 MD
ON MARCH THE 24TH THE BEMM RIVER A/C WILL HOLD A FEATURE EVENT.
